Bryan Taylor was the owner of Taylor Welding & Construction Services for over 20 years. Operating out of Paris, TX Taylor Welding provided the local DFW area with steel construction services of the highest quality. In addition to his wealth of construction experience, Bryan is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector and essential part of TGR’s quality control and assurance program. As part owner of TGR and Director of Field Operations, Bryan oversees all field related construction activities.

Victor Glenn was the owner of Eagle Iron and Glenn Steel for a combined total exceeding 30 years. Operating out of Henderson, NV and Leonard, TX respectively, both companies primarily serviced the high end architectural and miscellaneous steel sector. Victor has vast knowledge and expertise in all aspects of miscellaneous metals and high end architectural structural steel and is an integral part of TGR’s quality control and assurance program. As part owner of TGR and Director of Field Operations, Victor oversees all field related construction activities.

Desarae has been an integral part of TGR Erectors for nearly a decade, playing a pivotal role. Her versatility and dedication mark Desarae's journey within this industry. Wearing many hats, she has seamlessly transitioned through various roles, each time bringing her unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical mindset to the table. Her ability to adapt and excel in diverse responsibilities has made her a valued leader within the organization.

Saul’s journey in steel erection began with hands-on work, where he quickly understood the critical importance of every weld, every bolt, and every piece that goes into building a structure. After finishing high school in 2018, he faced the challenge of deciding on a career path. Fortunately, his father, who had been a foreman at Glenn Steel (now a co-owner of TGR Erectors), and current boss offered him the chance to join his crew and work directly with the iron.

Initially, this job was viewed as a temporary opportunity while he explored options for further education, but it didn’t take long for him to develop a true passion for steel erection. The complexity and craftsmanship involved in the trade sparked a commitment in him to fully understand and master each step of the process from the ground up.

After four years in the field, an incredible opportunity came his way. Saul feels fortunate to have transitioned from hands-on work to a project coordinator role with the company he had grown to admire. Over time, he transitioned into estimating and assisting more in project management, where his attention to detail and problem-solving skills became essential assets in successfully overseeing complex projects.

Saul takes great pride in the work he does and in the company he represents. He is looking forward to future challenges that will foster both his personal growth and the development of the entire team, enabling TGR to make a lasting impact in the steel erection industry.

ASSISTANT CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

With a deep-rooted family background in the ironworking industry, Leonardo was introduced to the trade early in life, learning the craft alongside his father and uncles. His journey into the field began during high school, where he balanced academics with night shifts at a fabrication shop, gaining firsthand experience in the trade.

After high school, Leonardo fully committed to the profession, spending 3-4 years working in the field, often on remote, out-of-town projects. This hands-on experience equipped him with a broad skill set and a strong work ethic, helping him navigate the demanding nature of ironwork.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Leonardo applied at TGR and feels fortunate to join a company that not only values professional development but also provides a supportive environment. He is deeply grateful to TGR for the chance to grow alongside such a talented team, and looks forward to continuing to contribute to the company's success.

These include overseeing the construction of educational facilities, multiple retail centers, and an array of miscellaneous projects. His leadership abilities are evident in his track record of running multiple crews efficiently, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Trevor possesses a vast knowledge in the field of steel erection. His proficiency extends to both miscellaneous and structural steelwork, making him an invaluable asset to any project.

His career began with Taylor Welding, where he first honed his skills and developed a strong foundation in the industry. Upon joining TGR Erectors, Jonathan's leadership abilities and technical expertise truly began to shine. As a foreman, he successfully led a crew, ensuring projects were completed efficiently and to the highest standards. His ability to inspire and manage a crew is a testament to his exceptional organizational skills and his understanding of both the technical and human aspects of field management.

Now, as the General Superintendent, Jonathan oversees multiple projects, guiding teams with the same dedication and drive that marked his early days in the industry. His journey from helper to superintendent embodies the core values of TGR Erectors: commitment, innovation, and excellence.
